You will lead cross‑functional efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor supervisees in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification and the ability to coordinate across regional teams, with a focus on maintaining ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification required.
• Experience supervising teams and scheduling leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of state regulations and ethical standards in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure accurate completion of E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms.
• Mentor and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold licensure and certification requirements in all activities.
