PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high‑quality service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the professional growth of teams across locations.

The role requires active state licensure or BCaBA certification, with leadership and clinical judgment essential. You will manage program implementation, staffing, scheduling, documentation, and compliance with state regulations, while fostering quality service and staff development.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification required; higher credentials preferred.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including e-sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
