Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high‑quality service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local requirements and/or BCaBA certification or higher.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all documentation including e-sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
