Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery across assigned clients in California. You will ensure continuity of care, mentor staff, and uphold clinical standards in line with licensure and BCaBA certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification required.
• Additional state-specific credentials may be required.
• Compliance with PBS Corp. standards and licensure rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
