Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is complete.
• Monitor and mentor supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure.
