PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced Program Manager in California to coordinate high-quality service delivery and support staff growth. The role requires active licensure and/or BCaBA certification, with oversight of clinical and administrative functions.

Candidates will lead regional teams, manage scheduling and documentation, and ensure compliance with state regulations while promoting professional development and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Program Managers must hold active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification as required by state regulations.
• Leadership and clinical judgment are essential for overseeing service delivery and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Mentor and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards in clinical practice.
