Qualifications

• Active state licensure compliant with local regulatory requirements.
• BCaBA certification or higher where applicable per service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and develop supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
