This role requires active licensure or BCaBA certification, with state credentials as needed. You will lead scheduling, documentation, and staff development while ensuring compliance with licensure and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure per local regulatory requirements
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or higher
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
