Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality service delivery for its clients.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. The successful candidate will maintain active state licensure or BCaBA certification, coordinate with regional teams, and manage scheduling and staffing while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local requirements.
• Certification as BCaBA or higher is required.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
