The ideal candidate will hold active state licensure and BCaBA or higher certification, with the ability to coordinate regional teams and manage staffing, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Certification as BCaBA or higher is required.
• Experience overseeing service delivery and staff development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post-hire documents, and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards in line with licensure and certification.
