Job summary

Qualifications

• ParaPro Certification and/or Associate's Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in school/classroom settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers with daily lessons, activities, and instructional support
• Help create and maintain a structured, organized, and student-centered classroom environment
• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day
• Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed, including working with students with special needs or behavioral/emotional challenges
• Encourage student participation, confidence, and independence
• Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and staff as appropriate
