Hours & Compensation

• School Year Schedule: Monday through Friday during regular school hours
• Summer School Schedule: Monday through Thursday, part-time school hours
• Competitive pay: $21$25+ per hour based on experience and education

Position Overview

As a Teacher's Aide or Educational Instructional Aide, you will work closely with classroom teachers to help create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for students. Candidates who enjoy working with children, supporting student growth, and being part of a collaborative school team are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers with daily lessons, activities, and instructional support
• Help create and maintain a structured, organized, and student-centered classroom environment
• Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day
• Provide one‑on‑one or small group support as needed, including working with students with special needs or behavioral/emotional challenges
• Encourage student participation, confidence, and independence
• Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and staff as appropriate

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• ParaPro Certification and/or Associate's Degree preferred
• Prior experience working with children or students in a school/classroom setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
