Job summary

Aimcareers in Webster, MA is hiring Paraprofessionals ABA & Behavioral Support Specialists for the 2026/2027 school year with ASAP start. This role supports students with special needs academically, socially, and behaviorally.

You'll work with teachers and staff to implement ABA-based programs, collect data, and help students develop communication, social, academic, and independent living skills. Weekly pay and competitive hourly compensation offered.

Qualifications

• ABA experience or familiarity with behavioral intervention is required/encouraged.
• Experience with data collection and analysis for behavior or academics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and behavioral staff in implementing individualized instructional and behavioral programs.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support.
• Implement ABA-based strategies as directed by the team.
• Help students develop communication, social, emotional, academic, and independent living skills.
• Collect and document behavioral and academic data as required.
• Assist students in generalizing learned skills across environments.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage appropriate behaviors and engagement.
• Maintain a structured, positive classroom environment.
• Encourage student independence and participation in school activities.
• Maintain open communication regarding student progress and goals.
