RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a Paraprofessional to support students with IEPs in classroom and one-to-one settings within a school-based environment in Millbrae, California. You will assist with academic, behavioral, and social support under guidance from teachers and BCBAs, implementing behavior strategies and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher required.
• CPI Certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in a public school setting.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies and behavior intervention techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement student IEPs and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA strategies with fidelity.
• Assist teachers and collaborate with educational and behavioral teams to support classroom and school routines.
• Provide one-to-one and classroom-based support to students with behavioral and academic needs.
• Accurately collect, document, and report student behavioral and academic data.
• Utilize CPI de-escalation strategies and physical management techniques when necessary for student safety.
• Support students in achieving social, behavioral, and educational goals.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and additional duties as assigned.
