Job summary

Millis Public Schools seeks an ABA paraprofessional to support students’ academic, social/emotional, and behavioral needs. You will develop relationships and work with a team to assist students with disabilities inside and outside the classroom, implementing behavior plans and collecting progress data.

The role requires ABA training and experience with behavior plans; willingness to receive Safety Care crisis prevention training, and a commitment to inclusive education within Millis schools.

Qualifications

Job Description

The Millis Public Schools is seeking an ABA paraprofessional with skills in supporting students' academic, social/emotional and behavioral needs. In this role, the individual develops relationships and works as part of a team to support students with disabilities in and out of the general education classroom. This includes implementing behavior support plans, assisting in implementing curriculum modifications and accommodations for student success and collecting data to monitor student progress.
