Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 48 credits or equivalent
• RBT training completed
• RBT certification preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs/504 plans and data collection

Responsibilities

• Manage students with aggressive behaviors and apply de-escalation strategies.
• Facilitate small group instruction.
• Monitor student progress and collect data.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and BCBA teams.
• Implement ABA principles throughout the day
