CBS Supports is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. You will join a caring clinical team, implementing skill-building plans and maintaining accurate session data.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided and part-time schedules are common, with opportunities to advance in the thriving ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
