CBS Supports seeks individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience is required and full training is provided. Part-time opportunities with flexible afternoon/evening hours are available, with a minimum 6-month commitment and reliable transportation essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Join the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
