CBSupports is seeking motivated individuals to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one behavioral interventions in clients' homes or community locations, helping children develop independence and positive skills.

No prior experience is required, and full training is provided. Positions start part-time with opportunities for growth; same-day pay is available to manage urgent needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Coordinate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
