Candidates should have a master's degree in a relevant field, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, BACB exam prep, and at least one year of experience with children with autism or related disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, human services, education, counseling, psychology or criminal justice; MA in ABA preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders.
• Enrolled in approved BACB courses and preparing for BCBA exam.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and clients.
• Current CPR/BLS certification and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

MIDLEVEL II SUPERVISOR

Salary: $30 - $32 / Hour

Position Description:

The Assistant Behavior Analyst or Midlevel Supervisor is a trained individual who provides clinical support and case management to behavior technicians and clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Oversees the work of Behavior Technicians as assigned by Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) or Operations Leader
• Conducts face-to-face case and Behavior Technician supervision for assigned caseload
• Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments
• Trains Behavior Technicians in implementation of behavior change plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals
• Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of behavior change plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals
• Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in updating behavior change plans including current progress on behavior goals and skill acquisition goals
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness of behavioral programs under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
• May conduct skill enhancement training for Behavior Technicians
• Provides behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral disorders as outlined in the behavioral change plan
• Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

Minimum Requirements:

• Bilingual - English and Spanish (preferred)
• Must have a completed master's degree in social work, human services, drug and alcohol, education, counseling, psychology, or criminal justice. MA in ABA is preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or other related disorders
• At least one year of experience in providing behavior analytic services in home, school, or community settings
• Enrolled in approved BACB courses and preparing for BCBA exam
• Ability to effectively communicate with appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to coworkers, supervisors, clients)
• Computer proficiency required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• At least 18 years of age
