Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking dedicated leaders to join our ABA team in Tacoma, WA, supporting children’s development through evidence-based therapy.

You will conduct assessments, design individualized behavior change plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families and school staff to monitor progress and ensure high-quality outcomes in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to ABA.
• Must have BCaBA/LABA/BCBA certification (or ability to apply).
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly with high progress rates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques
• Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs, and commitment to excellence in applied behavioral analysis
• MUST have current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate OR Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or ability to apply) OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
