Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Charlotte, NC is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA therapy services. The role offers a manageable caseload (20–25 billable hours/week), monthly bonuses, and CEU support with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with families and insurance providers
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery
• Create materials to support behavior plans
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives
• Supervise and mentor behavioral direct care staff, BCaBAs, and BCBA trainees
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans to meet evolving client needs
