Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and behavior. Positions are part-time and can occur in clients' homes or community settings.

You will join a clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and record session data on electronic devices. Training is provided to start a meaningful career in ABA for those new to the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Work within the clinical team on skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment.
