Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will support independence and behavior change under supervision, with comprehensive training provided.

No prior experience is required; we welcome college students and those transitioning from education or related fields. Roles start part-time, with opportunities for growth and valuable clinical exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
