Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience required, with full paid training and flexible part-time hours to fit student schedules.

You will support independence through evidence-based interventions and work closely with families and a clinical team to ensure effective treatment outcomes. Training provides hands-on experience in ABA therapy and behavioral health support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience and compassion; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans with the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
