Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, supporting independence and positive behavior. You will join a clinical team and help implement skill-building plans, recording data on devices and engaging families for better outcomes.

No prior ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; a 40-hour RBT course is required, with most roles starting part-time for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
