Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior while working with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

No prior experience required—paid training is provided. A 40-hour RBT course is required, with a minimum six-month commitment. Part-time roles with afternoon or evening availability are common, ideal for students or educators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
