Job summary

Behavioral Concepts in Boston is seeking a Managing Technician (MT) to provide clinical direction to technicians and support BCBA supervision in delivering ABA therapy to children.

The role emphasizes protocol modification, data collection with fidelity, and collaboration with families and school teams for effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in ABA.
• BCBA eligible or accruing hours toward certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client data and case information.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients, families, and team.
• Leadership or supervision and training experience desired.
• Culturally aligned with company values.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clients.
• Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family guidance.
• Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as needed.
• Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to policies.
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all company compliance policies and complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
