Job summary

Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) is seeking a Managing Technician (MT) to lead a local team of clinicians delivering evidence-based ABA services for children with autism. You will provide clinical direction, support Behavior Analysts, and ensure high-quality treatment and data collection.

This is a full-time position within LEARN Behavioral with growth opportunities, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, and ongoing professional development and mentorship programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA.
• BCBA eligibility or hours toward certification.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, and team.
• Experience in staff leadership or supervision is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clients.
• Assist Behavior Analysts with protocol modification, assessments, and family guidance.
• Deliver behavior treatment according to protocol as needed.
• Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Document services accurately and timely per policy.
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all company policies.
