Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Managing Technician (MT) to lead technicians, coordinate ABA protocols, and support families in school and life goals. You will work under supervision of a Behavior Analyst and contribute to professional development and cross-team collaboration.

This role offers full-time/part-time/variable positions with comprehensive LEARN Perks and multiple clinical collaboration opportunities across states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in ABA.
• BCBA eligible or currently accruing hours towards certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and families.
• Experience in staff leadership or supervision and training.
• Culturally aligned with company values.
• Integrity and professionalism expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clients.
• Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments and family guidance.
• Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients as needed.
• Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability.
• Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings.
• Document services delivered accurately and timely according to policies.
• Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all company compliance policies.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
