Job summary

Trudeau Center is seeking a Substitute Supervisory Educator to lead behavior analytic educational programs and supervise a team of behavior technicians within Pathways Strategic Teaching Center. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Clinical Director and Senior staff to ensure high-quality student interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in education and special education, plus appropriate certification, with experience in autism-focused behavioral teaching methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education and special education, appropriate certification.
• Experience communicating with families and community officials is essential.
• Experience using applied behavior analytic teaching methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, refining, and maintaining behavior analysis educational programs.
• Supervise Lead Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.
• Provide trainings and monitor treatment integrity and program evaluation.
• Assist with transitions of students and coordination of Satellite Classrooms.
• Maintain communication with clinical staff and administration regarding student issues.
• Supervise and train classroom staff and conduct performance evaluations.
