Job summary

Hand In Hand Development, Inc. is seeking an Early Intervention Special Instructor ABA to provide home-based ABA services across all five boroughs of New York.

This role combines clinical ABA delivery with collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team to support progress on the child’s IFSP. Requirements include a Master's in Special Education, LMSW or related field, NYS licensure, BCBA certification, and a valid Special Education certificate.

Qualifications

• MS in Special Education, Social Work, or related field.
• NYS Licensure as Special Educator or LMSW is required.
• BCBA certification required; Licensed Behavior Analyst in NY State preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior intervention within the home, school, or community setting.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team to create programs and work towards goals listed in the child's IFSP.
• Collect and graph data consistent with ABA best practices.
