Action Behavior Centers in Litchfield Park, AZ is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Master's Degree Required) to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. This full-time role offers structured daytime hours and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; provide degree proof.
• No experience necessary; paid training provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Full-time schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; occasional Saturdays based on patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect basic session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow.
• Observe and document progress of interventions.
