Job summary

You will receive supervision from qualified supervisors and participate in ongoing training to support client outcomes. The role involves data collection, crisis interventions when needed, transport duties, and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of experience in behavioral health, human services, or mental health field preferred; college degree preferred.
• DOT physical ability required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required or provided.
• 1-2 years experience with children and families preferred.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must function independently and work well with individuals, staff and support agencies.
• Must have reliable transportation and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instruction and assessments following training and supervisor feedback.
• Implements skills acquisition and behavior modification plans.
• Provides intensive behavioral health services to support development and independent living.
• Conducts crisis interventions when needed and approved.
• Collects and analyzes data following Boundless procedures.
• Maintains teaching and treatment materials and clean instructional area.
• Records data and monitors progress toward goals.
• Transports clients as needed and follows safe driving policies.
• Participates in team meetings and training; adheres to policies and regulations.
