Job summary

I Am Boundless is looking for a Day Support Professional to deliver ABA-enabled services to individuals with autism and related needs in 1:1 or small group settings.

You will implement skills development, behavior support, and daily living coaching under supervision, and participate in team trainings and meetings. This role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in behavioral health, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years in behavioral health or related field; college degree preferred.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR training.
• 1-2 years of experience with children and families preferred.
• Experience with autism, behavioral health conditions, and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work independently with flexibility and integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record; proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instruction and assessments following training and supervisor feedback.
• Implements skills acquisition and behavior modification plans from training.
• Provides intensive behavioral health services focusing on coping and independence.
• Collects data and maintains records following Boundless procedures.
• Prepares materials and keeps instructional areas clean and organized.
• Supports activities of daily living and community participation per ISP.
• Transports clients and may ride with or drive Boundless vehicles.
• Attends treatment/education team meetings and staff development days.
