• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Train and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination.
• Conduct regular supervision meetings with direct staff.
