ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and their families. With 30+ locations nationwide, ACES delivers evidence-based care in homes, centers, schools, and communities.

The clinician will design and implement ABA programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to tailor client plans while advancing OBM-driven organizational improvements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Proven ABA experience developing and implementing client programs.
• Enthusiastic leaders who enjoy training, managing and supporting entry-level direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to client needs.
• Supervise direct care staff and travel between regionalized clients.
• Evaluate and update client progress reports using data collection software.
• Contribute to organizational improvements using OBM.
