Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Current RBT, BCaBA, QASP-S, BCAT, or comparable credential required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, analyze ABA programs for clients.
• Assist with client assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Strong organizational skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
