Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy in the United States is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director to support clinical and operational excellence. You will balance direct client services with staff supervision and clinic management to achieve high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and collaboration with the Clinical Director, with flexibility to meet clinic needs, including evenings or weekends for emergencies or events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) required.
• BCBA certification and state license required.
• Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff.
• Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of ~7 clients and supervise staff to ensure high-quality services.
• Monitor KPIs and data to drive clinical success.
• Supervise clinicians and behavior technicians, including practicum students.
• Provide feedback and address barriers to professional growth.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to manage clinic operations and coverage.
• Oversee onboarding, client intakes, and initial assessments.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and case management guidelines.
• Represent the organization at community events and conferences.
