Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Clinical Leader (LaBA/Student Analyst) to mentor Behavior Specialists, uphold high clinical standards, and guide families through ABA-based care. This role blends in-field supervision with hands-on coaching to ensure fidelity of programs and meaningful outcomes.

You will conduct home and community visits, support documentation quality, and partner with Training and Operations to scale clinical excellence while pursuing BCBA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• ABA experience with children and families is required.
• Eligible for BCBA certification or pursuing BCBA credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to scale clinical excellence.
