Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Georgia seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Director. This leadership role reports to the President/CEO and oversees clinical operations, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Speech Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Georgia license to practice required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in behavioral health and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Manage and mentor clinical staff, fostering continuous improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure clinic adheres to applicable standards and guidelines.
• Operational Oversight: Develop and implement clinical policies; review billings for legality.
• Administrative Duties: Post required signs, review referrals, and maintain licensure.
• Quality Improvement: Monitor patient outcomes and align practices with goals.
