Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Director for our premier ABA facility in Georgia. Reporting to the President/CEO, you will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive quality improvement efforts.
The role requires a GA license, 5 years in ABA, and a master's degree or higher. In-person, 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this leadership position is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring strict compliance with federal and state regulations.

The Clinical Director serves as the clinical records owner and ensures the highest quality of care through systematic oversight and mentorship.
Clinical Leadership: Manage and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic adheres to JCAHO standards and all federal/state guidelines.
Operational Oversight: Develop and implement clinical policies; conduct systematic reviews of clinic billings to ensure they are lawful and non-fraudulent.
Administrative Duties: Post required identification signs within the clinic, review patient referral contracts, and ensure all practitioners maintain active licensure.
Quality Improvement: Monitor patient outcomes and collaborate with management to align clinical practices with organizational goals.
Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is strictly required.
Education: Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Speech Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
Licensure: Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Skills: Proven experience in healthcare management, strategic planning, and operational oversight.
Ethics: Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards and prioritize patient care.
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday - Friday. Work Location: In-person
