Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at our Atlanta, GA location. The Clinical Director will oversee the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, ensure clinical excellence, support staff development, and maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards. This role is ideal for a passionate clinical leader who is committed to improving the lives of children with autism and supporting families through evidence-based treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

  • Provide clinical direction and leadership for ABA therapy programs and services.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure services are delivered according to ABA best practices, ethical guidelines, and organizational standards.
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support a culture of compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Team Management & Development

  • Supervise and mentor Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and clinical team members.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to clinical staff.
  • Lead clinical meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical team members.

Client & Family Support

  • Ensure high-quality care delivery for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Collaborate with families to address treatment goals, progress, and concerns.
  • Maintain strong communication with caregivers, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Promote family involvement and caregiver training.

Compliance & Operations

  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to improve clinic performance and service delivery.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining clinical policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Active state licensure (if applicable).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of ABA clinical experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Experience managing or leading a team of clinical professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and treatment methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Clinical Director, Program Director, or similar leadership role.
  • Experience working in a center-based ABA setting.
