My Time 2 Launch (MT2L) seeks a rigorous RBT/BCaBA to bridge clinical leadership and families in Southeast Michigan. You will support assessment, data collection, and treatment planning, while mentoring staff and coordinating with remote clinicians.

The role blends on-site assessments with remote collaboration in a hybrid setup, focusing on precise, ethical practice and client-centered outcomes.

Competenze

• RBT certification or BCaBA credential or equivalent is required.
• Strong background in behavioral assessment and data collection.
• Knowledge of VB MAPP or ability to master standardized assessments quickly.
• Ability to generate clear, actionable clinical reports.
• Commitment to accuracy and high-quality clinical work.
