Job summary

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for a part-time, remote/hybrid role with in-home supervision in Michigan. Flexible scheduling supports clinician balance while enabling growth opportunities within the organization.

Afternoon and evening availability is required to align with client needs; supervision will include telehealth sessions, mentorship of RBTs, collaboration with families, and ensuring treatment fidelity and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LARA License (if applicable).
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
• Complete monthly in-person client visits.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
