Job summary

Behavior-Treatment- in Antioch, CA, is seeking an ABA Clinical Coordinator to lead clinical oversight of ABA therapy across home and center settings. The role is hybrid, with in-home and in-center duties, and offers opportunities for growth and teamwork.

The position requires a Master’s degree in ABA or psychology (or current enrollment) and 1–2+ years of supervision experience, with a CA driver’s license and CPR/First Aid. RBT preferred and bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field (or current enrollment).
• 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience.
• Valid California Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish–English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote meaningful progress.
• Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure clinical quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing case reviews.
