Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis in Antioch, CA is seeking an ABA Clinical Coordinator to lead, supervise, and ensure high-quality therapy across home and in-center settings. You will oversee individualized treatment programs, mentor Behavior Technicians, and coordinate with families for progress reviews.

Requires Master’s in ABA/ Psychology, 1–2+ years supervision, CA driver’s license; RBT preferred; bilingual Spanish-English a plus. Hybrid schedule with competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience.
• Valid California Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
• CPR/First Aid, fingerprint clearance, and immunizations as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement individualized ABA treatment programs.
• Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote meaningful progress.
• Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure clinical quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing case reviews.
