Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing and active practice.
• 3–5 years of post-certification clinical leadership experience.
• Experience supervising clinical teams or managing clinic operations.
• Track record building processes and driving measurable improvements.
• Willingness to balance a small clinical caseload with leadership duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team at the Provo clinic, including hiring, onboarding, supervision, and ongoing development.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, scheduling, staffing, and productivity.
• Uphold clinical quality standards and improve care outcomes at the site.
• Drive census growth through referrals, community presence, and service expansion.
• Deliver staff training and mentor BCBA candidates.
