Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and reconciliation of records.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet budgeted hours.
• Support HR, Operations and Clinical departments; act as liaison between admin and staff.
• Maintain master schedule and ensure accurate case staffing for insurer compliance.
