The role combines staff leadership with hands-on ABA therapy as needed. The position emphasizes collaboration across Administrators, BCBAs, Finance, Billing, Facilities, HR, Training and IT, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; RBT credentials required.
• Experience coordinating staff recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for managing daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ABA Clinic.
• Focus on clinic efficiency, resource management, and admin support.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing and onboarding Behavior Therapists, Lead BT, RBTs, and BCBA.
• Manage scheduling to optimize service delivery and staff utilization.
• Provide direct coverage for sessions as needed.
• Manage referrals and caseloads with Clinical Director.
• Coordinate with Administrative, Finance, IT, HR and other teams.
• Help develop clinic policies and programs (e.g., Social Skills Groups).
• Monitor clinic budget, purchases, and revenue.
